YOUR ROLE

Being the valued RIGHT HAND to a talented ACCREDITED SPECIALIST Partner with a flourishing varied personal injury practice (in workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP, public liability, medical negligence, TPD, abuse) , you will love the variety+challenge+rewards assisting to obtain justice for injured plaintiff clients.

Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, assisting with preparation of legal/court documents, liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/ insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs to barristers, filing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

are a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal

have MINIMUM 2 YEARS OR MORE (Seniors with 10-20+ yrs exp welcome) personal injury legal secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience in any 1 OR MORE of: 1) workers compensation; 2) CTP; 3) public liability 4) medical negligence 5) TPD; 6) institutional abuse;

have strong Microsoft Office + communication and interpersonal skills;

are highly organized and can meet deadlines;

can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
