Are you a skilled diesel technician with a passion for precision and performance? Hi Tech Diesel, South Australia's leading diesel specialist, is expanding and we’re on the hunt for a Diesel Fuel Injection Pump Technician to join our high-performing team.

About the Role

You’ll be working in our state-of-the-art fuel room, diagnosing, rebuilding, calibrating and testing a wide range of diesel fuel injection systems. From classic mechanical pumps to cutting-edge common rail systems, you’ll have hands-on involvement with products from Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Zexel and more.

Key Responsibilities

Strip, assess and rebuild diesel fuel injection pumps, injectors and components

Operate and maintain test benches and calibration equipment

Perform precise diagnostics and reporting

Maintain cleanliness and quality standards in a controlled clean room environment

Liaise with technicians and customers regarding work outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with diesel fuel injection systems (common rail & mechanical)

High level of attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and calibration specs

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Relevant trade qualification (diesel mechanic or auto technician preferred)

Bosch, Denso, or Delphi training/certification highly regarded
