The opportunity

Como Urban Village is a brand new 37 room coliving property. We are seeking a casual cleaner to join our team in Ashfield, NSW. This is a casual role responsible for the overall cleaning and maintenance of our facility. Hours per week will vary but are likely to range from 12 to 22 hours each week. Some flexibility exists as to timing of shifts.

Key responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising common areas and amenities

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained

Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for Residents and staff

Collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional resident experience

Be flexible with work schedule to accommodate varying cleaning needs

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar cleaning or Housekeeping role, willingness to

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to complete tasks

Self motivated with good time management skills and ability to multitask

Good communication skills and customer service orientation

Willingness to work flexible hours,

Own transport
