Reporting to+ being mentored 1:1 by a top-calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their TPD claims.
IF you desire some variety, flexibility to also practice in:1)Public Liability 2) medical negligence 3) Workers Compensation 4) CTP OR 5) abuse (subject to your experience).

WHO YOU ARE

are admitted as a solicitor with minimum 12 months or MORE personal injury law experience including at least minimum 12 months (or more) proven experience specifically managing your own TPD/Super/Disability Insurance cases from start to finish;

are meticulous with strong communication+ client management+ time prioritisation skills;

are proactive, results driven with a high level of empathy & emotional intelligence;
