The Role- Bartender, Bar Supervisor ($30- $40 per hour)

We are looking for an experienced Head Barista, Bar Supervisor, Bartender to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.

The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge

Drive for beverage service

Passion for delivering outstanding service

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Outgoing personality

Excellent attention to detail

Exceptional presentation

Must be able and willing to work weekends and late nights

Must have RSA certificate

The Role- Head Barista- ($60,000-$75,000 per year)

You will need to have a passion for great coffee and have exceptional customer services skills and attention to details.

This role has a very attractive salary and work life balance.

Wednesday - Sunday roster.

You will be of positive demeanour, with a can-do attitude.

We are seeking an experienced Barista

With at least 4-5 years experience in a specialty coffee venue. Programming machine, following recipes consistently, pour over, cold brew, etc.

Ready to learn how to roaster and assist the roasting team when required.

Assisting the team with all Cafe requirement juices, milkshakes and smoothies

Dialing in Machines

Reliable & hard working

Assist the team with waiting tables and greeting guests

A desire to develop relationships with customers and engage with them about our coffee beans and brand and possess excellent customer service skills

A desire to develop your personal and professional skillset

The Role- Experienced Wait Staff ($30- $40 per hour)

Skills you must have:

Experience in À la carte, Fine dining and Casual dining

Strong knowledge & hospitality experience

Good people and communication skills
