About the RoleWe’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and proactive Admin/Trainee Scheduler to join our Melbourne-based office. You’ll help keep things running smoothly, support our trades team, and deliver top-notch service to our awesome clients.
Answering phone calls
Monitoring emails and responding
Training to become competent in scheduling
Various other tasks

What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and great communication skills
Confident handling phone calls, customer enquiries and willingness to be trained in scheduling jobs
Strong time management and problem-solving
Driver’s licence
Bonus if you’ve worked in a trade admin role before
Bonus if you have worked in customer service
Bonus if you have previous admin experience but not essential
Experience with Xero, Service m8, Asana and Ground plan - Also a huge bonus.
