Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Consultant to support the effective management of their diverse property portfolio. If you're a confident communicator, well-versed in property law, contracts, and operations-and you thrive in a dynamic environment-this is your chance to make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise on contracts, property acquisition, disposal, and management
  
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on property matters
  
• Administer the Contract Management System
  
• Prepare and assess Expressions of Interest in line with procurement policy
  
• Manage inspections and compliance for leased and licensed properties
  
• Collaborate with relevant business units for property repairs and maintenance
  
• Support legal documentation such as leases, licences, and commercial agreements
  
• Monitor rental adjustments and coordinate reporting on asset performance
  
• Provide strategic insights into portfolio improvement and utilisation
  
• Participate in the Property Committee and assist in higher duties as required
  

About You:

• Sound knowledge of property legislation and contract administration
  
• Strong project management and research capabilities
  
• Excellent organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Familiarity with WHS and Child & Youth Safety standards
  
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  
• The ability to communicate clearly and build trusted working relationships
