• Most of our drivers work broken shifts — where you drive, take a substantial break, and return to finish your shift. The break is yours to enjoy: go home, unwind, hit the gym, or grab a coffee.

• You’ll be rostered five days per week, working across Monday to Saturday. Reliability is key — your role ensures services run smoothly for thousands of daily commuters.

• Our Driver Coach Program is tailored to your experience level. Paid training spans five weeks, and we’ll support your accreditation process — including your NSW Bus Driver Authority.

🧭 Your Role

Your job is more than driving — it's delivering a safe, smooth and friendly journey for the people of Sydney.

You'll:

• Greet and assist passengers with a smile
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and follow all traffic regulations
• Manage OPAL card validation and onboard ticketing
• Coordinate with service delivery teams to stay on schedule
• Stick to your allocated roster to keep services running without disruption

🙋 About You

We’re looking for people who:

• Have strong customer service skills and a calm, professional attitude
• Are safety-focused with a clean, full Australian driver’s licence
• Communicate clearly, with good English literacy (written and verbal)
• Are reliable, with the ability to work a rotating roster Monday to Saturday
• Live within a reasonable commute to one of our depots
• Have (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and NSW Bus Driver Authority — we’ll support you through this
• Are ready to complete background checks (driving history, medical, police check, work rights and references)
