Experienced Practice Managers are invited to apply for this wonderful opportunity to join and manage a large, friendly Practice of Psychologists and Psychiatrists, based in Toowong.

You will have:

At least 5 years experience in practice management, with a proven record of stability and investment in all aspects of the role;

A high level of proficiency with a particular focus on attention-to-detail in the use of practice management software, billing (incl. good knowledge of relevant MBS codes for Psychologists & Psychiatrists), end-of-day bank reconciliation, appointment management, liaison with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals, conversant with medical terminology;

An ability to work autonomously including, taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Practice, managing the performance of part-time/casual staff including, providing training and managing work rosters, and stock ordering;

A professional level of written and verbal communication skills including, liaising with patients, referrers, and clinicians within the Practice; and

Preferably have completed formal training in the field, demonstrating a commitment to the development of professional skills in practice management.
