About the Role:
The Executive Director of Medical Services (EDMS) is a key member of the Professional Leadership Network team. The EDMS portfolio is responsible for leading and advising of matters of professionalism for medical officers, credentialing and reviewing scope of practice for medical officers, supporting education and training, managing the General Practitioner liaison unit, supporting prevocational education and training, medical wellness, overseeing research and academic partnerships, Donate Life, the paediatric aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health initiative, the ACT Blood Counts program and the Speaking Up For Safety program.
