About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Bookings and Intake Officer to support our aged care programs. This role includes managing bookings, coordinating external facilitators, handling admin tasks, and supporting staff operations to ensure smooth delivery of services across our respite cottages and in-home programs.

Adding and Completing bookings into internal booking system

Booking walk through visits

Scanning documents and sub filling

Supporting low level staffing operational tasks like- sending staff requests to our external providers under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor

Completing purchase orders (if required)

Receiving and making phone calls

Booking in external facilitators for in house activities

Booking in external facilitators for Staying at home programs

Ordering and or purchasing supplies for Cottage locations under the direction of the Supervisor/s

Booking in training sessions as directed by the Manager or Supervisor/s Confirming upcoming bookings for clients – staying at home and Cottages

Other administration tasks as required
