Join our team on the Rio Tinto Pilbara Towns Upgrade Project, where you'll provide HSE support across multiple regional sites, monitoring and execution for the underground civil and electrical power upgrades to local Rio Tinto town facilities.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical infrastructure program focused on upgrading underground civil and electrical power services within Rio Tinto town facilities.

About you:

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar SHEQ role or within mining/civil infrastructure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset
• Energetic team player keen to support and drive safety compliance across sites
• Experience managing underground service interactions
• Previous Rio Tinto project experience highly regarded
• Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in establishing site safety requirements -a trade background is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide site-based SHEQ support and guidance to project teams
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE systems, procedures and legislation
• Support and lead safety initiatives across the project
• Assist in incident investigations and reporting
• Ensure effective communication of safety expectations across the workforce

Location: Various Pilbara towns – Wickham, Dampier, Tom Price, Paraburdoo
Roster: 2:1 FIFO | 12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension
