Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships, and working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our Bayswater Head office.

As a key member of our Internal Sales team, you’ll play an important role in supporting our customers, coordinating delivery timelines, and ensuring seamless, end-to-end order management.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales & Customer Service

Deliver an unparalleled customer experience by ensuring accurate order entry and prompt processing.

Manage customer accounts and drive business growth and retention.

Develop and maintain comprehensive customer project schedules.

Build strong, lasting customer relationships.

Respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries regarding stock availability, delivery timelines, and payment requirements.

Escalate customer issues or complaints to the Internal Sales Manager as appropriate.

Order & Process Management

Accurately process customer orders within established timeframes while managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.

Oversee the full order lifecycle to avoid delays or errors.

Prepare detailed account status reports and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements.

About You

Demonstrated experience in building effective relationships

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Adept in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
