Chair Solutions is a leading commercial furniture manufacturer with five factories across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Northgate on Brisbane’s north side we have enjoyed growth and stability for over 25 years.

If you have a mature, positive attitude and a reliable work ethic we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent person to join our local administration team. You will need to have excellent communication and time management skills and an eye for detail.

Daily responsibilities include:

· First point contact - managing incoming phone and email traffic

· Order processing and database maintenance

· Daily Filing

· Support for the Admin and Sales Team

· General office assistance

You must have:

· At least 1 year of recent experience in a busy administration role

· Accurate and efficient data entry skills

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills

· Intermediate MS Office skills

· A proven track record in multi-tasking and prioritising
