Our Rockhampton showroom is a carefully curated space designed to inspire. Clients visit to explore products, select colours and finishes, and experience the personalised service that sets us apart. We’re now searching for a warm, polished and capable Client Experience Manager to be the face of the brand — and the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As our Client Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for welcoming clients into our beautiful showroom, guiding them through product selections, and coordinating appointments and installations. You’ll also play a key administrative role — liaising with suppliers, placing and tracking orders, preparing documentation, and supporting the owners in the day-to-day business flow.
This role blends customer experience, administration, and coordination. It’s perfect for someone who values presentation, service, and precision — and who enjoys being the trusted go-to across both client-facing and behind-the-scenes operations.
Your role will include:
Delivering a premium showroom experience for all visitors
Responding to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Booking in-home measure and quote appointments for our team
Preparing quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and job files
Coordinating installer schedules and communicating updates to clients
Placing and tracking orders with external suppliers
Managing client records and maintaining data accuracy across systems
Maintaining showroom presentation and supporting daily operations
Acting as the central link between clients, trades, suppliers, and the business owner
You'll bring:
A polished, professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
Confidence working with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and cloud-based systems
Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles
A genuine interest in home design, interiors, or architectural products
