Position

Due to continual growth, the position of Senior Service Coordinator is now available.
This position will hold a vital role in the field service team and reports directly to the Head of Technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for and carry out the below:

• Scheduling, despatch and coordination of security technicians
• Work closely with customers as well as both internal & external stakeholders
• Inbound and outbound contact via phone and email
• Resolving enquiries and communicating with customers on the progress of job requests
• Providing and approving invoices, processing payments
• Customer portal management

Candidate

To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in relatable industry - Electronic Security, Fire, HVAC
• SimPro experience advantageous
• Product knowledge of security products not essential but highly desirable
• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
