As a Lead Generator, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, qualifying prospects and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role suits a confident communicator who thrives in a high-energy, phone-based environment and wants to build a long-term career in sales.

• $60,000 - $70,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission

What do you do?

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Collaborate with Account Managers to maximise lead conversion
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs

What do you need?

• Previous phone-based sales or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated by targets and success
• Resilient, energetic and coachable
