About Goodstart Caulfield:

• Join a modern, purpose-built centre that opened in 2021 and caters for up to 90 children, with six large learning spaces across two levels.

• Work alongside a Centre Director with over 15 years experience who is committed to building a supportive, high-performing team focused on delivering quality outcomes for children and families,

• This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility with shift times to meet centre needs.

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check
