About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at MCMAHONS BETTA HOME LIVING' in Atherton, QLD 4883. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to assist customers in finding the right products

Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable solutions

Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment

Restocking shelves and completing inventory checks as required

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home appliances or electronics industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly and team-oriented attitude

Full Time position 9:00 o'clock start 5:00 o'clock finish
