Support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are now expanding their operations across Adelaide & as such require a Developmental Educator to join them on their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
• Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life
• Develop tailored educational or therapeutic programs based on individual goals
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach everyday skills
• Assist with behavior management, emotional regulation, and learning strategies

Key selection criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Developmental Education
• Full registration with the relevant membership body (DEAI)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Developmental Educator
• New graduates with relevant clinical experience welcome to apply
