Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Build and manager VMware virtual environments.
• Develop and implement infrastructure automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Support End User Computing (EUC) environments including desktops and application vitalisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide expert guidance.
• Promote best practices in security, compliance, and IT operations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders about project updates and issues.
• Write SOP's and document your work.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise with Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Servers, Group Policy, etc.).
• Strong experience with VMware vitalisation technologies. VCF and Aria will be highly desired.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools and scripting.
• Deep knowledge of storage technologies and management.
• Hands-on experience with End User Computing (EUC) technologies.
• Must hold a current NV2 security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to being a positive and respectful team member.
