About the Position.

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across Canberra. Working closely with a Project Manager and supported by trusted subcontractors, you’ll take full ownership of site activity, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are on track from start to finish.

Duties.

• Oversee daily site operations and program coordination
• Manage subcontractors and site logistics
• Ensure site safety through toolbox talks and WHS compliance
• Maintain high-quality finishes and oversee defect rectification
• Collaborate with the PM to meet program targets and client expectations

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified with fitout/refurb experience
• Strong background delivering commercial projects $2M+
• Effective communicator and on-site leader
• Ability to think ahead, troubleshoot, and manage time effectively
• Government or healthcare sector experience highly regarded
