Skillforce Recruitment is a WA-owned and operated labour hire provider, partnering with some of the biggest names in mining and oil & gas across the state. With frequent shutdowns and long-term maintenance contracts, we’re offering consistent and rewarding work for experienced Boilermakers.

What’s the Role?
We’re on the lookout for qualified Boilermakers to join our team for shutdowns and fixed plant maintenance projects. You’ll be working across multiple sites performing maintenance, repairs, and breakdown support on heavy fixed plant equipment.

Key Duties:

• Maintenance and repairs on crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions
• Responding to breakdowns safely and efficiently
• Supporting planned shutdowns and inspections
• Following safety protocols and completing all site documentation

What You’ll Need:

• Australian-recognised Boilermaker Trade Certificate
• Previous experience on fixed plant or in shutdown environments
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Confined Space & Working at Heights tickets (highly regarded)
• HRWL (advantageous)
