As we grow our team at our Chermside location, we’re looking for a driven, proactive sales professional to join us as a Studio Sales & Client Experience Specialist.

What you’ll do:

Drive in-person and phone sales — confidently presenting our services and closing sales with warmth and professionalism

Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to support their wellness journey

Greet clients, guide them through sessions, and ensure an exceptional experience every time

Demonstrate and explain our innovative equipment and services

Manage bookings, follow-ups, and client communications

Create engaging content for our social media & marketing channels

Maintain merchandise displays, restock consumables & keep the studio immaculate

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What we’re looking for:

Proven sales experience (in-person & phone) — you love connecting with people and achieving results

Proactive and solutions-focused — you spot what needs doing and make it happen

Confident communicator with strong client service skills

Experience or qualifications in health, wellness, fitness, or beauty (highly desirable)

CPR & First Aid certification (mandatory — or willingness to obtain)

Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
