About the role

This is a full-time role for an Epoxy Floor Layer Assistant based from our factory in West Gosford working throughout NSW and ACT. You will be working as part of the team at G K Brown & Co to assist with the installation of high-quality epoxy flooring solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

What you'll be doing

Loading vehicles with materials and equipment and travelling to site

Preparing surfaces for epoxy floor installation

Mixing and applying epoxy resin and other flooring materials as directed by the Leading Hand

Operating power tools and equipment used for epoxy floor installation

Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment throughout the installation process

Assisting the Leading Hand with any other tasks as required

What we're looking for

Reliable and hardworking

Good physical fitness and stamina to complete manual labour tasks

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Strong teamwork and communication skills

White card

A valid driver's licence/own vehicle to get you to the factory

Willing to work flexible hours in order to accommodate client's needs that include some night work, some weekend work and working away from home.
