The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for 4 x experienced Carpenters to join our team at our Coolum Beach head office. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands-on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on-site.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering consistent hours, structured schedules, and long-term career opportunities with one of Queensland’s most progressive builders.

Your Day-to-Day

Perform a full range of carpentry tasks: framing, fix-out, cladding, fit-off, flooring, cabinetry, etc.

Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings.

Coordinate with production, site, and design teams to meet project milestones.

Travel for modular site works and installations across SEQ (travel allowances apply).

Conduct quality checks and ensure safe, compliant work practices.

What You’ll Need

Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

5+ years’ experience in residential or modular construction

Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van

Ability to read technical drawings and plans

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

White Card and valid driver’s licence

Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket
