As we continue to grow, we’re planning to expand our footprint and coverage — and need a Delivery Operations Manager ready to lead our small team today and help grow to a larger team tomorrow. This is an opportunity to shape the structure, standards, and systems that will support our next phase of expansion.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment. You’ll oversee daily delivery lifecycle operations — from sorting, scanning and to end of the day operation — with direct influence over how we scale.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume last-mile logistics, enjoy process ownership, and are comfortable scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Lead daily delivery operations across a 5-day schedule, from sorting, first scan to last scan

Manage and mentor operation teams, including Delivery Launch and Late Delivery waves

Maintain operational discipline across all stages of the parcel lifecycle

Act as escalation point for live issues, ensuring minimal disruption and fast resolution

Warehouse & Delivery Lifecycle Ownership

Lead daily warehouse operations, including discipline, site presentation, operational efficiency standards, and the coordination of staff and resources to ensure smooth parcel flow and timely drivers’ readiness

Oversee drivers training, induction, run creation, driver allocation, last mile premium parcels monitoring.

Ensure full delivery accountability from scan-in to scan-out

Ensure timely and accurate delivering, 100% parcels sequences, and all parcels delivery at the end-of-day.

👥 Driver Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage driver sourcing, recruitment, and screening in line with company needs

Oversee onboarding, induction, app training, and compliance documentation

Develop onboarding tools and checklists to ensure all new drivers meet baseline performance and safety expectations

Monitor early-stage driver performance and provide coaching or escalation where expectations are not met

Process Improvement & Scaling

Build and improve operational SOPs to support team growth and service scalability

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and take proactive steps to resolve

Collaborate with our stakeholders, and operation teams to implement improvements

Introduce scalable structures to support increasing parcel volume and geographic expansion

Own roster planning and real-time resourcing across all delivery shifts

Forecast future workforce needs based on pipeline growth and seasonal trends

Identify training or coaching needs to elevate individual and team performance

Develop a succession-ready team to support future site expansion

Client Engagement & Communication

Represent Pasuka Enterprises in client-facing conversations related to delivery performance, daily operation issues, and escalations

Deliver structured updates on daily output, delivery success, and resolution of exceptions

Collaborate with clients to improve delivery workflow, driver conduct, and handover protocols

Ensure stakeholders expectations are managed proactively and consistently met

🛡️ Safety & Risk Leadership

Enforce safe work practices across warehouse, driver, and operational activity

Deliver toolbox sessions focused on WHS, compliance, and practical safety procedures

Ensure return bays, induction zones, and general work areas are safe, clean, and compliant

Investigate incidents and implement preventative or corrective action
