Our well-established center in Leichhardt is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our long-standing team. With an Exceeding rating and an impeccable community reputation, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and education to the children in our community.
Position: Casual Early Childhood Educator - regular, flixible shifts
Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in line with our center's philosophy and policies
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
Observe and assess children's development and provide feedback to parents and the team
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Requirements:
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education - Cert III or Diploma
Valid Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
Ability to work effectively within a team
