Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute various events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, musical nights, and seminars
Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, entertainers, and other service providers
Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Oversee event logistics, setup, and on-site execution
Manage permits, risk assessments, and compliance with safety regulations
Handle post-event evaluation and feedback collection
Promote company-organized events through marketing and outreach initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business
These skills and responsibilities are essential to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events that align with the company’s vision and exceed client expectations.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree
3 to 5 Years of experience will per prefered
Good Understanding of social & cultural events
Must have experince in organizing small conference .
