The role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented fulltime Admin Manager to join our successful and growing team at ML Builders in our regional Bunbury or Albany offices.

Administration Manager's contribute to MLB's success by managing many critical aspects of insurance claims assigned to MLB by our diverse clientele. This includes providing job administration, assistance to clients and their customers, ensuring efficient and effective support MLB Building Managers on all jobs and repairs through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced administrator who enjoys responsibility, working in a small, motivated team and supporting others.

What you'll be doing

Manage the processing and tracking of insurance claims, liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and clients to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate the preparation and submission of insurance documentation

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers via email, phone and dedicated portals, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner

Provide administrative support to the construction management team, such as scheduling, report preparation, and reviewing trade invoices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative procedures and workflows

What we're looking for

Experience in an administrative or insurance-related role, preferably within the construction industry

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with a friendly and professional demeanour

Be results driven, striving to meet and exceed our KPI’s

Able to work as part of a team and work independently using your proactive problem-solving skills

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
