We are currently seeking an experienced HR water truck operator to join our clients team on a labour hire basis, although long term work available with view to go permanent!

Job Description:
As a water truck operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water cart vehicles to support various construction and road work projects. You will be working across mutliple sites around Northside Brisbane

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain water truck on and offsite
• Ensure the controlled distribution of water on job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times as per each site requirements
• Monitor water levels, equipment functions, and address any issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of water usage and job activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a water truck driver
• Valid HR truck driver's license - split shift gearbox
• MUST HAVE STANDPIPE TICKET
• Construction white card
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

• $42hr + penalties after 8 hours per day.
• Ongoing long term work available for the right person
• To start off with, this role will initially be 2-3 days per week and ramping up to 5-6 days per week as the weather heats up. This is a long term role with consistent work available pending the sun is shining
