About the Role

You’ll work closely with new and existing clients, building strong relationships and uncovering their project needs. Your role will focus on delivering value through smart, custom fabrication solutions, backed by OEM Group’s full-service capabilities.

This role includes regular travel to the Pilbara, as well as client engagement across the Perth metro area.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain meaningful client relationships

Identify opportunities and develop tailored proposals with the internal team

Promote OEM Group’s complete product and service offering

Follow up on quotes, orders, and ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction

Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, reporting, and follow-ups

Assist with additional tasks as required by your line manager

What You Bring to the Role

5+ years of B2B sales experience – ideally in technical, fabrication, or industrial sectors

A trade background in fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering (highly desirable)

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Knowledge of the resource and energy industries, including safety standards

Self-motivation and a high level of organisation – you thrive working both independently and in a team
