About the Role

PTM is currently seeking experienced Track Protection Officers for long-term works on the BHP rail network. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established rail team working across major infrastructure projects in the Pilbara.

Our depot is located in Karratha, with FIFO and residential roles available. Shifts are varied and ongoing, supporting a major client with extended work scopes already underway.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must hold current or recently completed BHP rail qualifications, & other tickets/licenses including:

BHP Track Protection Officer (Lookout)

BHP Track Protection Officer (Track Occupancy Authority)

Construction White Card

WA C Class Driver’s Licence

Ability to pass a Cat 1 Medical and ongoing Drug & Alcohol testing

Full Australian working rights (visa holders welcome)

Desirable

BHP Track Protection Officer (Track Work Authority)

BHP Possession Officer (Local Possession Authority)

Other major rail inductions (FMG, Rio Tinto)

Strong communication and situational awareness

Ability to work safely and independently
