Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Management Accountant will:

Take end-to-end financial ownership of key business units

Deliver monthly management reports, budgeting, and insightful variance analysis

Partner with operational leaders to build forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans

Provide scenario modelling and business case support

Translate financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders

Support ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives

About You

CA/CPA qualified or working towards

3-5 years in a big-4 or mid-tier audit firm

Strong Excel skills and commercial acumen

Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders

Proactive, analytical, and ready to step into a business-facing role
