Safely operate power tools and small plant to complete assigned work

Monitor asset condition and report defects or hazards promptly

Maintain work records and support the coordination of contractors when required

This is a physical, practical role with a strong customer service focus — perfect for someone with trade skills who enjoys problem solving and variety in their day.

Previous experience in general building or facilities maintenance

Practical knowledge of WHS requirements and safety-first work habits

Basic skills across multiple trades (e.g. patching, painting, plumbing, carpentry)

Confidence using hand tools, power tools and digital systems for work orders

A current C Class Driver’s Licence and White Card

You’ll also need to work well independently and as part of a small team, with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
