Based in Albury, VK Logic provides Integrated Automation, Electrical and Engineering Services.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand Electrician to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate electrical works on a variety of industrial projects, with travel and working away from home required as part of this job role.

Your tasks will include:

• Supervise and lead teams of electricians and subcontractors on-site.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of electrical projects from start to finish.

• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks.

• Manage materials, equipment, and project documentation.

• Travel and work in other regions are a requirement of this role.

Please note that this is an Electrical Trade Role - Engineers with no trade experience need not apply.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in managing electrical teams on industrial projects.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, process and instrumentation diagrams and specifications.

• Sound knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards.

• Electrical Licence essential.

• Current Australian drivers’ licence.

• Strong commitment to WHS.

• Other licences relevant to our industry and trade will be considered favourably.
