YOU choose YOUR OWN schedule, from 6 hours per week to 35 hours per week, on a 6m or 12m contract with view to Permanent. You can have a weekly/fortnightly/monthly roster, whatever suits your lifestyle!

~$50 to $80 an hour (plus baked goods, and professional development package) depending on qualifications and experience. Clearances, certificates, professional registrations, drivers licence, and checks required if successful. Must have the right to work in Australia.

As a senior member of staff, you will supervise and provide instruction to other staff including our superstar EN who is awaiting their new leader.

Prefer on-call flexibility (contactable by EN/Mgt), some weekends (for advice/urgent incidents). Paid an allowance for being contactable, of course.

Most work will be in-office to administer our program of care, and support our compliance, however you will also enjoy occasionally engaging with the community and clients, supporting brand awareness, collaborating on ideas for our new website (non-technical contribution), working with our Marketing Lead, collaborating with our leadership team, and at times advising our qualified and experienced Aged Care and Disability Support workers.
