We are seeking an experienced recruitment officer to join our team at Merge Karratha. To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and efficient with your time. As the Senior Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, decision making, and continual support of existing staff. About the role

Manage the hiring process including sourcing candidates, shortlisting, phone screens, interviews, reference checks and qualification checks.

Boost your candidate and client networks - build and manage relationships.

Ensuring compliance documentation is obtained.

Implement appropriate recruitment strategies and plans to ensure staff forecasting targets are met.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Identify and convert new business opportunities.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Function as the first point of contact for all general enquiries about job vacancies and hiring needs.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long term relationships.

About the successful candidate

Proven experience in recruitment systems and processes.

Love developing strong relationships and watch your clients succeed.

Living in Karratha, no FIFO available for this position.

Ability to work independently.

Full WA driving Licence.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

A resilient, competitive and target driven nature.

Experience working with CRMs and IT/Cloud based solutions.

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
