About the role

Are you passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service? As a Barista at Kurtosh Haymarket, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers in a bustling cafe environment. This part-time/full-time role is based in our Sydney location and is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves being part of a vibrant hospitality team.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of coffees, teas and other specialty beverages to Kurtosh customers

Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and cafe area

Restocking and rotating supplies as needed

Following all food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with other cafe duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

Excellent coffee-making skills and an eye for detail

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team

Flexible and adaptable to handle the fast-paced nature of a busy cafe environment

Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience

Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays
