Patchett's Pies is a small-medium sized boutique wholesale pie bakery servicing a diverse range of customers in both the food service and retail market throughout Sydney and Canberra. We are located in Mascot, NSW close to Public Transport and major road hubs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Patchett's Pies is looking for experienced production cook to prepare and cook our wide range of mixes/pie fillings for our production of pies.

Duties include:

Prepare and cook pie fillings

Ordering stock and maintain stock levels

Maintain clean and hygienic work space

Ensure stock rotation is followed

Record mix temperatures and follow cook chill chain

Qualifications and experience:

Must be well organised and a good communicator.

Able to cope in a fast paced high volume environment.

Familiar with Haccp systems a plus

This is a full time position

Monday to Friday

6 am start.

Experience is essential.

Must be a resident or equivalent.
