ABOUT MONDIAUX SECURITY

Mondiaux is seeking experienced Security Officers for our ACT operations.

We are expanding significantly into the immediate future and are looking to supply high end services to our customer base.

Various roles available including part-time and full-time roles across multiple locations in Canberra, including government departments and centres.

A current CV / Resume and Cover letter outlining your experience and attention to detail.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

Static duties, patrols and concierge.

Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries

Taking carriage and initial maintenance of concerns

Attend to all reported issues

De-escalation of conflict both physical and verbal.

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports of daily activities and incidents of note

High standard of presentation, and professional approach to duty.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

To be considered for an opportunity with Mondiaux Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and appropriate certification within the following areas:

· A valid ACT Security Licence

· A current First Aid Certificate

· A valid and clean Australian Driver's License

· A National Police Check with no reportable events

· Good communication skills

· Problem identification and resolution skills

· Baseline clearance or NV1 Clearance preferred
