AOB is an automotive parts manufacturer and retailer who offers a great range of the latest in automotive and 4WD specialist parts across Australia. We sell Retail, Wholesale and Online with a growing online business also in the USA and UK.

We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opening for an enthusiastic and sales-oriented individual to become part of our Eltham/Research office team, supporting the daily sales and dispatch operations. This position does not require specific automotive or mechanical expertise, making it open to a wide range of candidates. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A willingness to learn.

Time management & planning skills

A high level of PC competency including MS Office, Excel and Xero.

A mature attitude & the ability to work without direct supervision.

An adaptable and proactive approach

Hours are 38 hours per week (Monday – Friday) no weekend work required. Immediate start available with full training supplied. This position would be suitable to school parents with start and end hours structured to suit your needs.

Duties include:

Xero invoicing.

Preparing orders to be filled and dispatched.

Inventory control of e-commerce product.

Preparing invoices and organizing couriers for dispatch.

Customer phone contact.

Administrative assistance with our Imports team as required.

Assisting with stock control and quotations

Assisting with dispatch requirements including customer deliveries when and if required

Conducting sales support and administrative tasks as directed by the Branch Manager

Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and business partners

Manage daily freight account with Australia post
