The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Education Manager to join a medium sized NFP, SA based organisation. This is a unique opportunity to champion and drive a learning and development culture across multiple Aged Care facilities, delivering quality care for residents.

• Lead the development and implementation of a learning and education framework across multiple Aged Care facilities
• Foster and develop a roadmap to build a strong learning and development culture
• Develop the L&D portal and E-learning platform to provide a comprehensive and accessible learning experience
• Collaborate with Executive and Frontline Management (Clinical & non-care) to guide their development and ability to deliver individualised care and services

Requirements:

• Current APHRA Registration
• Experience in a similar role within the aged care space
• Post-graduate studies in Learning & Development/Education- desirable
• High level clinical knowledge
• Ability to implement initiatives that meet business and individual residents needs identified through training needs analysis
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering clinical education programs and processes
• A Manager with excellent people skills who can identify, develop and promote educational resource tools & pathways, with the view to upskilling todays aged care workforce
