Full-time | Salary ~$80k + bonuses negotiable

We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen into its' next chapter with confidence and creativity—or a talented Sous ready to take that next step. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where collaboration, clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving are part of the daily rhythm.

~$80,000 base salary + negotiable bonuses based on performance / KPI

About you:

You’ve either led a kitchen before or you’re ready to step up with the right guidance

You bring a calm presence and can lead by example

You care about food and people in equal measure

You’re organised, efficient, and love creating a positive environment

Bonus points if you enjoy a beer or cocktail (or mocktail) and a chat on a Friday arvo

Tiisch is currently undergoing an exciting reset in the kitchen, with an opportunity to put your stamp on everything from service standards to creative menus. We’re focusing on new systems, smarter rostering, a product re-work and great communication along the way—so the whole venue can thrive.
