About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Payroll Officer to join our team at addWorth Partners Pty Ltd' in West Gosford, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Accurately processing weekly & fortnightly payroll, including calculating wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions

Maintaining detailed records of employee leave and entitlements

Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation

Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll-related queries

Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role, ideally within the accounting or finance industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot

Proficient in using payroll software and systems, such as Employment Hero

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Payroll Administration, or a related field would be highly regarded
