About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead the team at Parafield. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer focused retail environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding results. With flexibility to work either Saturday or Sunday, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership and work-life balance.

What You Will Do

Drive sales and achieve KPIs through exceptional team coaching and in-store execution

Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's values

Manage all store operations including stock, visual merchandising, and compliance

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team culture focused on results

What You Will Bring

Previous experience in retail store management (fashion, footwear, or sporting goods highly regarded)

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to success

Strong operational skills with a focus on efficiency and compliance

A passion for fashion, sports lifestyle, and creating an engaging shopping experience
