St Joseph's College Kindergarten and OSHC offers before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 120 children.

Our integrated hub model seamlessly bridges Kindergarten and OSHC, offering children consistency, enriched learning, and a nurturing, inclusive community. Families enjoy convenience and quality, while educators thrive in a collaborative, resource-rich environment.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
