About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Payroll & Finance Coordinator to manage our invoicing, payroll, and NDIS claims with accuracy, integrity.
Your Key Responsibilities
Process NDIS invoicing and bulk claims through PRODA/NDIS portal
Manage fortnightly payroll for support workers (Xero)
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
Support rostering team with accurate award interpretation
Liaise with plan managers, participants, and internal teams on funding and billing queries
Assist with reporting, budgeting and operational finance tasks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in NDIS payroll and invoicing is ESSENTIAL!
Familiarity with Xero, NDIS Price Guide, and the SCHADS Award
A team player with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach
Clear communication, problem-solving skills and professional empathy
Part-time or full-time — flexible for the right candidate
