What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Create safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments that foster children’s development

Build trusting relationships with families, children, and fellow educators

Contribute ideas, creativity, and innovation to daily practices

What We’re Looking For

We welcome both Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators who bring:

A completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience in early learning or long day care (preferred)

A genuine love of early childhood education and a proactive, professional attitude

Current Blue Card and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement
