📍 Location: Vibe Well Psychology, Deception Bay QLD
📅 Start Date: August - September 2025
🕒 Position: Part-time (min 2 days) or Full-time with full client case load (subcontractor arrangement considered)
$ Pay: Level 2 under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award $105,351 – $114,982 ($53.32 - $58.19 p/h) based upon skills and experience.

Vibe Well Psychology is an inclusive and dynamic mental health clinic dedicated to providing neuro-affirming therapeutic intervention and assessment across the lifespan.

With our Lead Psychologist going on maternity leave, we have the opportunity to provide a full caseload to the right candidate and offer a warm handover of clients so you can feel 110% supported as you start your journey with the Vibe Well team. This caseload would become yours as the Lead Psychologist will be returning in 2026 in a different role/capacity.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based, neuro-affirming therapy to individuals and families.

Conduct assessments and develop client-centred treatment plans.

Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams.

(Optional) Facilitate group therapy sessions – training and support provided.

(Optional) Assessment only days to focus on areas of interest within the diagnostic space

About You:

Willingness to work with across the lifespan

Registered with AHPRA (General Registration)

Eligible for a Medicare provider number

Passionate about delivering neuro-affirming, client-centred therapy/assessments.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across diverse client groups.
